Mocha Latte

Look for beans that have a medium to dark roast. These beans will have a rich and chocolatey flavour that complements the milk and cocoa in a mocha latte.

Pour Over

Pour over coffee tends to highlight the subtle nuances and complexities of the beans, so you might want to opt for a light or medium roast that preserves more of the original flavours and aromas of the coffee.

Espresso

Espresso roasts are usually darker and more oily than other roasts, which gives them a rich and intense flavor

Our Story

As a family we always enjoyed that special coffee brewed up after a Sunday lunch. We decided that working with coffee would be more rewarding than the jobs we had before. Over time we set up the company and started learning the craft.

Fresh Single-Origin Beans

Our passion is for single-origin coffee beans. When you go out to a Costa, Starbucks, Cafe Nero etc. its all about the espresso based drinks; Americanos, Lattes, Capucchinos etc.

These are all highdark roast, high pressure drinks. Even the single origin beans they push rarely taste particularly different.

Single-origin at farm or region level( not continent) have a more interesting flavour profile alsorts of different flavour notes, choclately, nutty, floral etc. These are accentuated by a more delicate brewing process a simple french press or a pour-over filter coffee.

Great Coffee

What is great about coffee is the variety of flavours. Mass produced coffee chains/brands debiliberately go for uniformity, the big chains blend beans from all over to get a consistent flavour. Not great coffee just repetitive coffee.
